Bespoke & Engagement
The full processEvery engagement ring is hand crafted in our New York atelier by our master jewelers, from initial wax to final polish.
Signature designs are our curated handcrafted styles, made exactly as designed, brought to life in your choice of stone, metal, and size. Bespoke rings are designed from the ground up with you, whether that means reimagining one of our signature styles or bringing a completely new concept to life.
Yes! We work with clients all over the world entirely virtually, via email and phone/video consultations.
Bespoke engagement rings start at $10,000+ when working with natural diamonds and $5,000+ when working with lab grown diamonds. Final pricing depends on the stones used and the complexity of the ring design.
Not at all. Many clients choose a signature design exactly as shown, or with small modifications. Bespoke is for those who want to design something entirely new.
We recommend starting at least 2–3 months before you'd like to have the ring in hand.
Both. We source ethically mined natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds exclusively from reputable manufacturers who follow proper growing processes. We'll help you choose what's right for your priorities.
Absolutely. We work exclusively with natural colored gemstones, sourced for their exceptional quality, color, and character.
Heirloom Resets
Start a resetWe work with diamonds and natural colored gemstones. If you're unsure whether your stone qualifies, reach out and we'll be happy to take a look.
Both options are available. We work with clients virtually from anywhere, as well as in person. Whichever you prefer, we'll guide you through the process every step of the way.
While we can't incorporate the metal from your original piece directly into the new design, as this can compromise the integrity of the jewelry, we can apply its melt value as a credit toward your new piece.
In most cases, yes. We assess every stone carefully before proceeding, and if we have any concerns about its condition, we'll discuss the options with you before moving forward. It is also common for smaller stones to be cracked or damaged once removed from old settings. Any unusable stones will be returned to you.
Heirloom resets start at $2,000+, with the final investment depending on the complexity of the design.
Simpler resets typically take one to two months, while more complex designs or projects involving multiple pieces can take three to four months. We'll give you a more accurate timeline once we've discussed your project.
Not necessarily. While resetting a large stone can save you quite a bit, projects with multiple smaller stones often require significant labor to customize a design around existing sizes and shapes. This can make them comparable in cost, or sometimes more than buying new. The real value of a reset isn't financial, it's the ability to carry something sentimental forward in a piece you'll love wearing every day.
Yes, a complimentary appraisal is always included with your finished piece.

Jewelry Care
The care guideEvery so often, soak your jewelry in warm water with a small amount of gentle soap for 30 minutes, then use a soft baby toothbrush to gently scrub away any buildup before rinsing clean. Softer and more porous stones, like emeralds, opals, and moonstones, deserve a gentler ritual — see the care guide for material-specific advice.
Store each piece individually in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box, never loosely together. Diamonds are the hardest natural substance on earth, and stored side by side they can scratch your other pieces.
Make it a habit to remove your pieces before bathing, sleeping, hitting the gym, or lifting anything heavy. Pressure and impact can warp the metal and loosen stones over time.
