Returns and Exchanges
-Since all of our pieces are made to order especially for you, all sales are final.
-If a piece arrives with a defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it and we will replace it. Your item will only be replaced if unworn and still in original packaging.
-We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.
-Exchanges are available on a case by case basis if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@thejewelstandard.com
EXCLUSIONS:
-All bridal and personalized pieces are final sale with no exceptions. These pieces are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
