We offer one complimentary resizing for your Jewel Standard engagement ring. In cases where the design can't accommodate the new size, a new setting may be required, and a fee will apply.

Work beyond complimentary care is quoted individually based on the piece and materials involved. We'll always provide a written estimate for your approval before any work begins — you're never charged a surprise.
Most repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks of arrival. Resizes are often faster while more intricate restorations may take longer.
